Game Plans and Game Reporting

As normal, do the gameplans for your "home" games. See Create a Game Plan for details. To reiterate, the following naming criteria MUST be used:

Submitting Game Plans:

1.	###vvvhhh.gpl where ### designate GAME DAY, vvv designates away team abreviation, hhh designates home team, .gpl correct appendage for a gameplan. A Game Plan for Indy at Memphis for day 116 would therefore have a file name of 116indmem.gpl
2.	Once you have done that, zip all your gameplans (gpls) into one file AND send to the grouplist. ALSO, in the SUBJECT heading of your e-mail title it December Chicago (substitute your team name) Gameplans. Additionally, in the body of your e-mail list who the games are against

An incorrectly sent gameplan is considered a non-sent gameplan!

Submitting Game Results:

1.	PRIOR to playing your game, make sure "save gamefiles" is checked. From the main menu, select Options .. League and select Save Game Files. AFTER playing your game, when prompted for the boxscore select "write to file". The default name that it gives you for the prt file (boxscore) will be the same as the gamefile (gfl) that is created.
2.	Once you have done that RENAME your gamefile (gfl) and boxscore (prt) in the following manner: ren 001s0158.gfl 32indmem.gfl where 001s0158.gfl is the default assigned name, 32 is the game day, Ind is the away team, Mem is the home team and .gfl is the correct appendage. Do the same for your .prt files.
3.	Once you have renamed the gamefile (gfl) and boxscore (prt) files, zip them and send them to the grouplist. (Also name your zip file in the same manner.) Put in the subject of your e-mail the GAME DAY, and yours and your opponents team names.

Write ups of the games are encouraged!!! There will be a 24 hour "reviewing" period before I import a game. This is to allow the opposing coach to raise a protest of the game. Any protest after 24 hours is automatically disallowed as the game will have been imported into the official league stats.

Therefore, the following will also apply: No boxscore included = no official game unless approved by the non playing coach.
