I am a pedal steel guitarist and bassist (also dobro and keyboards) and backing vocalist living in the Central Virginia area. I play with The Cy Taggart Band, The Ruinaires, and The Chiggers in Richmond, and with Big Bam Boom in Myrtle Beach, but I'm probably available to fill in with you should you need a player on short notice. I can sit in easily with most formats, I'm a quick study, and I enjoy performing the original material of those with whom I play (check with The Atkinsons and/or Cat Daddy, both of which have had me sit in).

"Beet The Meetles" Is Here

"Chicago" Cy Taggart's take on Lennon/McCartney tunes, a Digitone Records release, is now available at many download sites, and the CD is available at shows or the usual online stores. Cy is backed by The Chicago Cy Band - that would be Tom Lenahan on drums and vocals, and me on bass and vocals.

Greg Greenway's CD Is Available Everywhere

My good friend Greg Greenway has his seventh CD out. It's available online at his site and many other online sources. The CD is great ... and hey, I sure do like that steel on "I Carry Your Heart With Me."

Don't Forget: "It's Alright"

The great "Chicago" Cy Taggart CD on Digitone Records is available at the Digitone site, at shows or online at iTunes or eMusic. The disc contains 10 of Cy's original songs, and on nine of them he's backed by The Chicago Cy Band - namely Tom Lenahan on drums and vocals, and me on bass and vocals.
