Chase Your Dream: BFit should be used as a tool to help you concentrate on
developing and maintaining the following:

is an instructional handbook personally designed by me to inspire, educate
and promote the advancement of ALL in sports, health and fitness. Chase
Your Dream: BFit is my own personal workout regimen that I have
lived by daily to enable me to become an all-around elite athlete and
basketball player. My handbook is divided into two distinct parts. The
first part concentrates on---THE BODY. Within these individual sections,
the focus is placed on enhancing the condition of oneıs physical health
and appearance through diet and nutrition (NutriLite), various conditioning
and running exercises and a specific weight lifting regimen. The second
part sheds spot-light on---THE GAME. Within these individual sections,
the focus is directed upon improving the level of oneıs total game skills
and development through the fundamentals of offense and defense; in addition,
this section includes specific shooting drills and a total shooting regimen
for players at any level. How fast are you willing to run to Chase Your
Dream? Hard Work and an Effective Game Plan are definitely needed and
must be adhered to if one wishes to meet the face of SUCCESS! So what
